When we talk about compliance, it means that people do what have in their workplace. But, when we say a culture of compliance , it means that everyone in the organization must understand that we have to change our minds in order to understand that all of us must work together to believe in that culture. 

The six strategies for rotation are effective admissions procedures, well planned orientation program, mentoring programs (formal and informal) Graduation, placement strategies.  Each of these has inside some recommended activities to implement in order to increase enrollments, obtain higher student retention, good satisfaction index and great placement rates.

The importance of academic and social integration as a strategy for retention. That this strategies must be intensive, continue and early.

I have learned the importance of mentoring. Mentoring is a strategy for retention and can be formal and informal.  The formal way needs a coordinator 

I have learned that there are at least six retention strategies: efficient admissions procedures, great orientation programs, effective mentoring, student friendly classroom involvement, fabulous graduations, and successful placement.

I have learned a lot about FERPA and in the distance education classroom, we have to be careful to look for what FERPA includes in different situations.

All the information that I have learned in this section is very clear and Educational Institutions must apply.  We can look for the best practices in order to protect the privacy of the students.

I have learned guidelines apply to the release of educational records and Best practices. Managing request and tracking record releases.

FERPA protects students records.  All the institutions that receive money from the US must  accomplish FERPA 

That all the members of the team must know the information about FSA  programs, rules and norms.
