The flipped classroom offers a chance for more learning modalities within one course.

The F2F component has so much more flexibility to meet student need with the online lectures being required homework (unless of course students don't do their homework).

Doing homework essentially as a group has a lot of advantages...however, some solo independent homework is still necessary as this is also an essential work skill.

I run a lab blended program, so the original flipped classroom as it were. Good idea for online didactics.

Redirection is something I should work on.

Wait time extension - I will try it as well as increase my number of open questions.

Active learning with just a student led summary of important points in a lecture is a good idea. Start slow!

We do a lot of simulations - it makes me think of turning our case studies into a group endeavor.

I like that we can encourage a student with disabilities to share what worked in the past to help them learn efficiently.

Vocabulary words and frequent assessments for students who do not speak English.
