I learned different ways to do formative and summative assessments for my students to provide evidence-based results of the learning objectives.

I learned about the SAGE model and how to use it in planning and implementing lessons to help students internalize global citizenship concepts.

I learned how to incorporate international awareness into my course syllabus to deliver lessons and activities to assist the students to learn about their content on an international level.

I learned how to be sensitive to the students where there are in their awareness of global citizenship and how to guide them into reflecting on their previous knowledge and anchoring new knowledge to it to assist them in exploring new ideas and helping them develop into more open global citizens.
