In this topic I learned that it takes time to have faith in AI to on its own. Professionals and organizations generally use calibrated trust which strikes a balance between human oversight for high-stakes decisions, data security, innovative strategy and the confidence to delegate regular, operational chores.

In this topic, I learned that when using utilizing Artificial Intelligence, one has to have precise communication skills along with organizational skills. AI is great for developing questions and quickly answering questions as they are aske. I plan to use AI to help me with professional decisions making as an instructor.

This topic taught me that AI can help with everyday activities like classroom content organization and ideation. by helping me assign beneficial tasks, the artificial intelligent will help me save time; and the extra time will allow me to pour into my stuents.

I've discovered that artificial intelligence (AI) is a tool that can help me educate in a variety of ways, such as arranging material to teach more effectively while producing work activities and learning content. It can help me collect data that will save me time and enable me to communicate with my students.

What I have learned is that it's imperative to maintain strategic learning goals when choosing tools for online  teaching. An online course should be as smooth online as in-person classroom meeting. Students should be thought of when preparing contents for online courses. Online courses should be easy for students to access and to navigate through without any difficulties.

I have learned that support learning through facilitation is much better than attempting to control every aspect. This would be more encouraging to students interaction and providing the students with a fun place to be creative. All instructors should  implement a plethora of technology to supply a complete learning experience for their students to learn and grow.

I learned that asynchronous and synchronous approaches provide various learning methods. Asynchronous learning allows for greater flexibility since not all students need to be simultaneously. And synchronous learning enables all students to participate on the same time, which can facilitate peer-to-peer discussions and collaborative learning.

I have discovered that keeping a structured and productive learning environment requires the use of technological tools. Forums such as learning management systems, digital resources and communication tools allow teachers to effectively deliver material while encouraging student participation.

In this topic I've learned that students benefits from instructions in the labs and shop settings because it helps them to develop critical safety, technical; and troubleshooting skills by transforming abstract ideas into tangible understanding through practical experiences. By simulating real-world professional setting, this experimental learning increases student engagement, fosters cooperative problem-solving, and enhances confidence.

I learned that when combined, support materials, notes and assessments are fundamental components of lesson planning that changes the focus of instruction from covering content to ensuring student mastery. The three offers the framework required to set objectives, engage students, and differentiate instructions resulting in a purposeful and quantifiable learning process.
