Hi Cristina, This can certainly be the case. I've seen that our students can be very angry based on all that they have going on outside in their personal lives, and they are just mad with the world because of their short comings. I normally have a good private talk with this type of student to try to find out what's going on, and if the problem is beyond my scope, I recommend the student to a professional that can help. Hi Michael, I love it! What you do in the classroom to be a successful student, you need to do those same things in the workplace to be a successful employee. We are training our students how to excel in their chose profession. Patricia

Hi Ernest, Some students will do the bare minimum to get by. If they can find answers without reading the chapter, they will. It was very smart on your part and it shows you have the students success at heart by making such valuable change. At times, we have to change things if they are not working in the best interest of the student. Patricia
