Hi Shannon, Students really enjoy during scenarios that are applicable to the workplace. It is amazing what students can come up with as to how they would handle a particular situation. Sometimes they are on point and very creative and really think outside of the box. Other times we as instructors have to reel them back in and make them understand what is the best way to do things.
