Bringing real world experience is greatly beneficial as it helps teach real world applications and helps keep students engaged.

Starting a new class can be overwhelming if not stressful for the student. Setting a good first impression helps put them at ease and support a better class experience. 

Planning and daily preparation are key to a successful day in class and it's important to arrive early to ensure everything for class is ready.

Learned that as instructors, we must set the example for our students by being prepared and always improving.

Technology helps provide support to the students in the classroom and store notes to use later on in the field. 

Clear objectives always for smooth learning and communicating information.

It helps to always be prepared before each lesson and have a plan.

Safety is key within lab training and teaching.

Using a rubric helps prevent grading challenges.

Some students learn differently than others, it's good to utilize different methods.
