Activity

I find managing attrition particularly challenging because students have more and more commitments external to their training. That is why I find the recommendations in this module regarding identifying possible causes of burnout and offering different strategies in each case useful.

I find it very useful to delve into the differences and advantages of asynchronous discussions. I emphasize that they allow a deep reflection by the students through writing and that it facilitates the participation of more introverted students.

I found the recommendations for establishing relationships with students interesting. In particular, the idea that students should make profiles and that these should be the first assignment. There always needs to be a better understanding of the students, their interests and needs.

It is essential to know in detail the Course Management System, as well as the design of the contents and the support to it, in order to be able to adequately accompany the students. It is also important to understand the expectations of the students and how they use the course resources, as well as their possible sources of frustration.
