When implementing any kind of change management, feedback mechanisms can prove to be useful. You can use formal feedback forms and quizzes. 

Learning through mistakes is more meaningful than teaching how to do everything correctly. Allowing mistakes adds a layer of thought process through trouble shooting that drives lessons home.

Soft skills are equally important as trade knowledge to maintain a good balance in the classroom and in the actual working environment.

I find this approach to education fascinating. I will be looking into the possibilities for the electrical program that I teach.

There are a lot of people that think AI is going to replace them. 

The Khan Academy is  free resource. The video walks teachers through how they can create their own courses. 

It is very important to provide students with "hands-on" experience in CTE programs. Financial constraints might pose the biggest problems with reaching every student.

The one thing that stands out is how this course has included the COVID-19 challenges. I think the use of technology has helped teachers adapt to challenging situations and improve meeting norms through accountability. 

I think working with teachers from other trades is meaningful. Embracing what makes us different might lead to a wide understanding of situations that while they might seem different, are actually very similar.
