Hi Michelle - Thanks for your post to the forum. Your students are lucky to have an instructor willing to go the extra mile to help them. I find that if I walk my students to the writing center or the math tutors they are more comfortable. Best wishes for continued success in your teaching career. Susan

HI Michael- Thanks for your post to the forum. You mentioned some good things to keep in mind when creating PowerPoints. I think we have all had to endure our share of boring bland slides. Of course it's also important to use caution. We all have also seen PPTs that are so busy that they are positively migraine inducing!Best wishes for continued success in your teaching career. Susan
Hi Scott - As an instructor, I really get a kick out of playing Jeopardy with my students as well. I guess almost everyone has a competitive streak! Susan
HI Scott - Thanks for your post to the forum. What an ideal classroom set-up! Usually computer classes are set up in rows which makes it difficult for the instructor to really see what each student is doing. The horseshoe set-up eliminates that. Great work! Best wishes for continued success in your teaching career. Susan
