HI Lisa- Some of my best techniques were also "stolen" -borrowed! The "cool/not cool" exercise starts out metrely asking student to "go with their gut" but then, as you mention, they must back it up with critical thinking- terrific! Susan

HI Hector - Thanks for your post to the forum. I agree, group projects serve several purposes. I think that one of the most important is that group projects teach our students to work in teams which they will very likely encounter in their future careers. Supporting the learning styles of your students

Hi Tom - Good question! Unfortunately, I really don't think there is a concrete ANSWER. we all have secondary styles that we are also somewhat comfotable and we can learn to adapt to any of the other styles although they will not be our "preferred" style.
