Feedback is a great tool to become a better instructor.

Practice in front of peers to get valuable feedback.

Managers focus on organizing and administering work, while leaders inspire people by setting vision and direction. 

Leadership is the ability to influence and inspire others toward a shared vision.

A manager's role is to set clear direction, support their team, and drive accountability to achieve shared goals.

Following up with students via email 3 months after they finish the program is a great way to network and keep track of where they go in their careers.
