 In online and traditional classrooms, teachers use different strategies to understand, motivate, and engage their students. However, these strategies can be different in online classes because there is less face-to-face interaction. Teachers need to adjust the way they communicate to build a connection with their students

CMS is essential for online teaching because it helps students familiarize themselves with the content. 

Being mindful of different learning styles will help students to get more engaged to learn the subject better

Using an icebreaker will help to lower anxiety for the students and me. Getting to know each name is important as the students will feel comfortable and connected to the class.

I learned that planning and preparation are key to being a successful teacher. 

Modeling appropriate behaviors as an instructor can have a significant impact on students' lives. Being punctual, maintaining good hygiene, and using appropriate language are examples of behaviors that students can learn from their instructors and apply as they prepare to become successful workers in the future. To motivate students, instructors should be prepared, present, and available to allow time for questions and answers. By consistently demonstrating professionalism and positive behaviors, instructors can serve as strong role models and help students develop skills that will benefit them in the workplace.

Allowing adult students some choice in assignments and lecture planning can significantly improve their motivation and overall success. Because adult learners often have specific goals and prior experiences, offering them options makes learning more relevant and engaging. This sense of control encourages greater participation and commitment to the material

AI will be used in the future in many areas, specially in education. As an educator is my responsibility to get up to date in technology usage.
