They all matter what generation you are from! All students should have the ability to learn and grow!

Each generation has its own learning traits based on its age grouping. 

Students have 18 years or more to form their habits. We have a few short months to get the ready for the industry.  

We need to hold all students to a higher accountability. Treating all student to the same accountability is an art to balancing the class room. 

Coaching is helping the team grow and being a boss is dictating 

I would like to become more familiar with the the documentation mentioned earlier. The different regions for accreditation, and the extent of what is needed. 

I can demonstrate greater empathy and curiosity by being more intentional about checking in with my team beyond the work itself. Before immediately focusing on a missed deadline, challenge, or performance concern, I can ask questions, listen for context, and seek to understand what may be contributing to the situation

My style is all over the place and I am looking for change. 

This module showed me that great leadership requires more than giving instructions. Leaders must define a clear purpose, and direction. I true leader will not ask his employees to do anything they are not willing to do therselfs.
