About me

Prior to joining the TWS team, I worked with TTOPP Notch Services Inc., where I built on my experience in the electrical and HVAC fields. I have over 20 years of experience working in both residential and commercial properties, and I take pride in delivering quality work and reliable service. When I’m not working, I enjoy riding horses, playing dominoes, and spending time with my family.

Interests

teaching electrical principles, hands-on training, safety practices, and integrating fun into learning.

Skills

electrical circuit design and troubleshooting, use of testing instruments, student mentoring, and adherence to safety standards.

Activity

I learned how both motivators help in class.

Intrinsic and extrinsic motivation are both important for instructors to take into consideration of controling the class.

Two types of motivators are intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation.

Extrinsic motivation is the way to certificate

There are two motivators, extrinsic motivation and internal motivation. extrinsic motivation is the motivation.

Good to know thers a purpose for extrinsic motivators until the intrinc motivators can take over

Had to learn the difference between the two.
