I have learnt that using different styles of teaching with have students engaged in the class and do better

Clearly stating deadlines and making sure that students understand the expectations from them

Practice, practice on your own before you come to teach in class

Ice breaker is the best

Coming to class early before students arrive and making sure the condition is goo for learning and also preparing  for the class myself

Choosing to be a positive role model and make learning fun.

Stay within my assigned role and ask for help when necessary
