The best way to help students learn is made them feel seen and understood. Helping them to feel a positive connection and knowing they are cared for in a positive way can help students connect to the teacher, subject, and learning in general. Even the small noticing is helpful when it comes to helping students see they are cared for. 

I have learned to take advantage of the help and support I have in the CTE world. Understanding what the different roles are and why they are important to us as teachers will help us move support students even better. 

Creating the boundaries over the rules help the students feel the space is a positive and they have say in how the classroom is ran. 

I learned what high quality CTE entails and what the purpose of what the CTE was meant to do.
