Activity

Passive learning is important because it helps build a strong foundation of knowledge through activities like reading, listening to lectures, and watching videos. While it may not be as interactive as active learning, it introduces key concepts and prepares learners for deeper understanding.

Active learning is a highly effective teaching method because it makes learners participate in the educational process. It strengthens understanding, improves retention, develops critical thinking and communication skills, and prepares students to apply their knowledge in real world situations.

Rubrics contribute to a more organized, objective, and goal-oriented learning environment.

Rubrics are helpful because they break down what is required in an assignment, making it easier to understand how to meet or exceed expectations.

Rubrics are essential tools in both teaching and learning. They provide clear expectations for students and help ensure consistency and fairness in grading.

Time-blocking has honestly helped me so much with managing my workload. I like to map out my day in advance, assigning specific task to set time blocks. It helps avoid multitasking and get one thing done at a time. This is a recommendation I make to students also to do.

Effective time management and organization are crucial skills for both personal and professional success.

Blogging has come a long way from being an online diary to becoming a powerful tool for communication, education, and advocacy. However, blogging also requires consistency, clarity, and purpose.

Microblogging definitely has it's pros and cons. On one hand, it makes information more accessible and encourages real-time conversations. But on the other, the short format can be limited and lead to misunderstandings.

Social media can help with reaching students and getting them to engage.
