I've learned that AI can help you to distinguish between students don't understand the content because of lack of prerequisite knowledge or my teaching method.  This tool is very useful that I can apply to my class.

To create an authentic performance task including actual tasks student performs, realistic workplace constraints: times, materials, and evaluation criteria

I intend to utilize feedback characteristics such as acknowledging strengths, providing action plans to focus on, be specific. Do not need to overload with comment and feedback.

I've learned that when using AI to evaluate student work is to support assessment work without compromising the judgement, fairness and standards - not to replace our own professional 

This module helps to remind myself ways to keep student engaged with online learning. Content chunking, efficient and effective feeding stick out in my method. Utilizing technologies/tools such as discussion board, Remind app is great way to engage with students and support their study schedule. 

social media is vital in today's teaching method. We can't shy away from embracing it. it is essential way to reach your students and communicate effectively. 

Developing eLearning environment: dynamic instructional design is vital in teaching in this advanced technology world. Both teachers and students are changing ways of thinking, ways of learning to adapt. Either blended, hybrid or face to face method, new technology should be implemented and delivered effectively to increase student autonomy. Multidirectional forms of communication help to reach learners in many ways. Essentially, understanding student's diversity would help in maximizing content input and student outcomes. 

I appreciate the details of this course. It is a great reminder of what needs to be done in online learning for the students and instructors. You always know it should be all of those elements combined but to have a course that includes all of the above is a great way to learn and refresh.
