This topic has been one of the most influential ideas on education that I have seen in a long time and that is saying a lot. We have found ourselves looking at the screen and listening to people that have no idea of how education works for our students in 2025. I believe that this topic should be posted on every teacher's board, so they can teach this to their students.

Critical need for the future of work.

I think that this series is important because it showcases that we need to be aware of the upcoming future that our students are facing. Many time, when we look at how new industries/ new concepts and innovative ideas are posted we forget that our students are not exposed to this type of knowledge. It is quite common for us to forget just how the future is ever changing. We take for granted that the ideas and principles that we have will translate easily to the next generation. When we look at the future of our industries is being taken oner by AI and new innovations, we lose focus on how this will affect the next generation. There was also a key point that we must look at the speed of change in CTE as is happening every day so the idea that we trying to put in play today may not even be available to our students tomorrow. Keep your gamebook current so that trends in our industries are always in motion. We really need to keep our eyes on the future if we're going to truly be ready with assisting and help this next generation meet their goals.

Critical need for the future of work.

I appreciated this module as it is clearly identified that having an appreciation for global and cultural awareness is a key workplace competency. The key ingredient is to ensure that we are incorporating global awareness as part of those critical employability or transportable skills. PBL activities for secondary or internship and or apprenticeship opportunities with global companies (in the US or abroad) at the postsecondary level would really enhance a student's learning and developing appreciation of global competency.
