Through my reflection, I have identified that one of my main areas for improvement is finding different ways to keep students engaged and actively participating during class. While explaining concepts is important, I want to make sure students have opportunities to apply what they are learning through questions, discussions, and practical activities.

My action plan is to incorporate more learning checks throughout my lessons rather than waiting until the end to assess understanding. I also plan to use different types of activities and examples to accommodate different ways of engaging with the material. After each lesson, I will take a few minutes to reflect on what worked well, what challenges students experienced, and what I can adjust for the next class. I believe this ongoing reflection will help me become a more effective and responsive instructor.
