What I have learned from this module is the importance of understanding the meaning behind what we do. It is important to take a step back and recognize who we are serving and the different needs at every level, from students to stakeholders.
I also learned that having a clear mission and philosophy helps guide the process and sets the tone for our work. It shapes how we support students and creates a foundation that allows them to succeed.
Moving forward, I intend to apply this by being more intentional in my approach, making sure I consider the needs of everyone involved, and aligning my actions with the overall mission to better support student success.
