Work-based learning is an important way for students to see the real-world pathway they are interested in. I liked how this explained the main differences between a Co-Op, an internship, and an apprenticeship—making sure to explain the importance of curriculum and learning objectives, and outcomes for a student in an internship. All three important learning tools that connect the classroom learning to real-world careers, helping students build professional skills, explore career interests, and prepare for their future success.
