I really enjoyed this particular session. For the Stakeholder Communication portion, I was presented with ideas on how to best present the message of Employment Verification to Employers as well as to Graduates/Students.
For the Student Expectations & Accountability, I plan to optimize to add some, if not all, of the recommendations presented, since we are already conducting some of them. Currently, we already have in place Orientation, Student Catalog, Career Services Messaging & Exit Interviews. There are some improvements that can be implemented further. The provision of Disclosures is also a great idea.
It is also good to be reminded or implement updates in our Data & Records Management as well as Compliance Monitoring to ensure that we are Continuously Improving.
