This module really highlighted that graduate employment reporting is much more than an administrative task—it is the ultimate metric of institutional integrity. Accurate reporting protects higher education policy, satisfies regulatory bodies, and proves the real-world value of our programs to prospective students.

I learned that data integrity relies heavily on meticulous details, particularly maintaining professional case notes and writing clear job descriptions that explicitly link a graduate's daily duties back to their program of study.

Going forward, I will be much more rigorous with my documentation. I plan to standardize my case notes and ensure every employment entry clearly maps a graduate's skills to their credential. I also intend to use "benefit-focused communication", so graduates understand how sharing their success actively elevates the value of the degree they just earned.
