Relationship building is key with all groups. Finding ways to connect with each group will have an overall positive effect. Many of the strategies mentioned are already in place at my institution (PAC meetings, Career Fairs, marketing to employers via newsletter, and utilizing social media). An area we are focusing on recently would be engaging Alumni in different ways. We already have alumni as guest speakers and recognize their success through Job Cards and Grad Spotlights, I may explore incorporating them as mentors and conducting mock interviews for all programs.
