The biggest takeaway from this module is that student success belongs to the entire school ecosystem, not just Career Services. It's all hands on deck: admissions, instructors, faculty, and career staff all share the responsibility to model professionalism and guide students toward the goals that brought them to school. Graduate success is a team effort, pairing personalized counseling and job placement with strong employer partnerships and mentorship. Where I see the most room to grow is understanding which levers truly move the needle on employment: coaching more than interpersonal skills, recognizing how students' dispositions intersect with their personal and financial circumstances, and staying in close contact with employers to build our curricula around real, in-demand needs. When we understand the system this way and apply our efforts where they count, we give every graduate an equitable shot at a great outcome.
