<p>I have always tried to include diverse learning opportunities in my course but this module made me start thinking about some creative ways to bring those learning experiences to life through practical problems and discussions.&#160; Learning more about my students and their backgrounds and being flexible about the assignments that I give each semester will help me build upon what they already know and increase their level of retention and success.</p>
