This module made me think about how much a facility's physical arrangement influences the habits of the people using it. Equipment placement, storage, traffic patterns, and cleanup routines all shape how students move and work throughout the day. In a sense, the space itself becomes part of the instruction, quietly reinforcing certain behaviors. I would like to approach future lab visits with greater attention to how students actually use these spaces, following the progression of their work to better understand where the physical environment supports safe practices and where adjustments may be needed.
