This module really shifted my focus from just understanding what AI is to actually figuring out how to use it strategically. Learning about advanced concepts like Explainable AI and Multimodal AI was a huge realization for me.
I plan to bring these practical strategies directly into my classroom. For example, I am going to teach my students the rough draft method with Generative AI. Instead of letting the tool do all the heavy lifting, they will use it to build a basic outline and then step in to add their own creative direction. I also want to train them to always ask the AI to show its work. This builds the habit of questioning the data and understanding exactly how the system makes its decisions.
