<p>From this module, i learned that structured interviews are essential for fair and effective hiring by focusing on specific KSAO's and using clear standardized questions, we can objectively evaluate candidates and avoid bias. I plan to apply this by developing structed interview guides and step by step screening processes for future faculty hires ensuring we select the best fit for our institution</p>
