The critical first step involves clearly defining the purpose of the plan and immediately assembling all key stakeholders—including administrators, instructors, students, graduates, and employers. I plan to apply this by establishing an inclusive planning committee supported by structured worksheets, ensuring that every member contributes their insights from day one and becomes a committed stakeholder in turning our five-year strategic vision into real operational goals.
