In this module, I learned that leadership development requires honest self-reflection and a clear understanding of the situations where I lead most naturally. I also learned that my leadership impact can vary depending on the context, the followers, and the specific challenges involved. I intend to apply this by using my Personal Leadership Development Plan to identify my strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and potential threats. I will also seek feedback from people who have experienced my leadership, compare their perceptions with my own, and use that insight to become more adaptable, intentional, and effective in different leadership situations.
