I learned that effective strategic planning is an ongoing, iterative process that requires understanding both internal capabilities and external forces. The importance of tools such as SWOT analysis, priority issue identification, and SMART objectives helped clarify how strategy moves from high-level vision to actionable plans.
I intend to apply these concepts by more intentionally linking strategic goals to measurable outcomes, clearly defining responsibilities during execution, and ensuring consistent communication and feedback with stakeholders. This approach will help translate strategy into day-to-day actions while maintaining flexibility to adapt as conditions change.
