I have learned about how the instructor should approach the student in the classroom, with an equality of curriculum learning, making no differences in the delivery of instruction but meeting the students' needs as the instructor using various strategies for positivity. There are several things we should do as we are teaching, no financial or administrative burden, no change in the curriculum etc. We should meet universal learning principles by keeping the student in a safe environment and providing equality of learning to every student, Affective as to the why of learning, how of learning and the what of learning.
