stress management is important  to health and the well being of you as a person. excercising staying away from negative people and staying away from negative enviroments is a must for students and instructors to have a productive day. For individuals we never know what a student is dealing with especially underserved students. smiling everyday takes some strong muscles to do with individuals. As a teacher is having the ability to have empathy and understanding but sometimes you have individuals who have had hard life and are bitter individuals who know this is the only way to survive. This affects relationships and brings stress to both individuals in a classroom setting and work place, teachers can provide only so much guidance to help with the stress. It has to be up to the individual wanting the help. How I relieve stress I excercise at a gym or my passion work on my motorcycle or go on rides so I can refresh my brain and body. I believe everyone should own a motorcycle to ride and allow the wind to blow the problems away.
