From this module, I learned that every student has different challenges and learning needs. As an instructor, it is important to be patient, understanding, and consistent while setting clear expectations. I plan to apply these strategies by communicating with students, encouraging those who struggle, and finding ways to keep everyone engaged. My goal is to create a positive learning environment where all students feel supported and motivated to succeed.
