From this module, I learned that student motivation increases when learners see the relevance of course content, receive encouragement, and experience achievable success. Creating an engaging, supportive, and positive learning environment helps students stay focused and committed to their goals. I plan to apply these strategies by connecting course material to real-world applications, recognizing student achievements, providing constructive feedback, and encouraging active participation to help students remain motivated throughout the course.
