One of the most valuable lessons I learned is that student motivation increases when learners understand the purpose and relevance of what they are studying. As instructors, we can foster motivation by setting clear expectations, recognizing students' achievements, providing constructive feedback, and connecting course content to real-world careers. I also learned that creating a positive, respectful, and supportive classroom environment encourages students to stay engaged and persist through challenges. In my nursing courses, I plan to motivate students by using hands-on activities, sharing real clinical and industry experiences, celebrating their progress, and helping them see how each lesson contributes to their future professional success.
