Hi Joseph, You have hit upon a real key point, and that is each instructor must make the curriculum their own. Many of the colleges around the country use standardized curriculum between their programs and campuses, this helps with uniformity which is good. The problem for the instructor is how to make it their own. I have found that if we don't make the curriculum our own then teaching is very hard, but if we do then we get excited about both the content and delivery.
