Interesting question, from my experience especially if they are enrolled within a class with other students, it's a difficult task. You have to be dedicated, extremely caring, well organized, your instructions should be of such that students are well engaged, lots of hands-on activities, especially for the ADHD students. It also requires a lot of monitoring, and one and one basis with these students. Meanwhile, other students may require your assistance, so somewhere along the line a few students can become short changed. I believe to a certain extent that it may be better for them to be taught separately, so you can provide them the un-divided attention that they may require.   However, on the flip side it can bring out the versatility in that specific teacher, and in the long run that teacher after mastering the art of dealing with these students can become a number 1 teacher.
