I was particularly drawn to the statement' Highly effective instructors know that they are not teaching one class of 20 students; they are teaching 20 classes with one student in each.' This reinforces the importance of differentiated instructions and the detection that each student has unique needs, learning styles and backgrounds. For example, some students may learn best through visual aid, while others may prefer hands on activities or auditory instruction. An effective instructor identifies these differences and adjusts their teaching strategies accordingly. At the beginning of the course, I will distribute surveys to gather information about students' interests, learning styles, academic background and any specific challenges they face. This data will help me understand the diverse needs of my students. I will also implement lesson plans that incorporate a variety of teaching methods e.g. lectures, group work, hands on activities and multimedia resources to cater to different learning styles
