This module deepened my understanding that motivation is the engine of student success. I learned that being a 'motivational teacher' isn't just about enthusiasm; it’s about clearly communicating the 'why' behind the curriculum to help students find personal relevance in the material. I also gained a new perspective on patience—not as a passive trait, but as a proactive pedagogical tool that gives students the 'cognitive breathing room' they need to process complex ideas without fear of judgment.

Also, this module reinforced that a teacher’s impact is built on both intentional presence and relational safety. I’ve learned that being a 'motivational teacher' begins with punctuality, which sets a professional tone and respects students' time, and extends into how I use my physical mobility to dissolve the barrier between the 'lecturer' and the 'learner.' I now see patience and appropriate language not just as soft skills, but as the primary tools for building a classroom culture where students feel safe enough to take intellectual risks.
