This module taught me the importance of group dynamics and meaningful student assessments in effective instruction. I learned that creating a supportive classroom environment encourages collaboration, communication, and active participation among students. Effective assessments should evaluate not only knowledge but also critical thinking, application, and clinical skills. As a part-time LVN instructor, I plan to apply these concepts by using diverse assessment methods, including case studies, skills demonstrations, quizzes, and group activities. I will provide timely feedback and recognize individual learning needs to help students improve. My goal is to create an inclusive environment that promotes confidence and nursing competence.
