This module taught me that an effective instructor must balance the roles of scholar and facilitator. A scholar continues lifelong learning, stays current with evidence-based practice, and brings updated knowledge into the classroom. A facilitator guides students by creating an interactive, supportive, and learner-centered environment that promotes critical thinking and engagement. As a part-time LVN instructor, I intend to apply these concepts by incorporating case studies, clinical scenarios, and active learning strategies into my teaching. I will continue developing my knowledge while encouraging students to become confident, reflective, and safe nursing professionals.
