This topic increased my awareness of the challenges and strengths that learners with disabilities bring to the classroom. I learned that these students can achieve high levels of success when provided with appropriate accommodations, clear instructions, additional time, and supportive learning environments. Understanding individual learning needs helps instructors create more inclusive and effective lessons. I intend to apply this knowledge by being flexible in my teaching methods, communicating with students about their needs, and providing necessary support. By fostering an inclusive classroom, I can help all students feel valued, engaged, and capable of succeeding.
