Hi Brenden - Thanks for your post to the forum! As I recall myself as a new instructor, nothing "flowed", but it all went from a "trickle" to a "flow" eventually. LOL Make sure that you interrupt your lectures often to have them break into small groups to discuss what you just taught and then maybe have each group write their ideas on the white board. Or add a video clip or pass around something that relates to your lecture. Best wishes for continued success in your teaching career. Susan
