Hi Andrew, Is your course required or is it an elective? If it is a required course the students are putting the burden of learning on you. They have to have the content of the course to move forward in their career preparation. They really don't have a choice to be "not interested" in the subject. Explain that to them and then continue with the strategies they are using. They are going to have to shift their attitudes because many of us aren't interested in going to work either but we do because our bankers want their mortgage payment every month, plus most of us like to eat on occasion. The students have to be shown that they have to assume responsibility for their futures and this course is a part of that future. Gary
