Hi Mary, Excellent way of expressing how you see your profession and your instructional obligations. By setting your standards high you are giving your students a model to which they can aspire. Soft skills (career skills) are essential for career success. If the students embrace the values of integrity, honesty and caring they will be successful in their career choice of nursing because these values will become ingrained into their daily lives.
