Hi Beatrice, You have a clear picture of your instructional style, you know who you are and what you need to do as a professional. To me this is a complete picture. As you mention their are always things to can do to add variety to your classes. The fact that you get good evaluations gives evidence to the fact you are getting through to your students. They respect you and you them. My only advice is to pick some activities you want to try and incorporate into your classes for fun and to keep you from getting bored with teaching the same content over and over again. Gary
